ALGOTEX Plotter - WIND CL Series - Made in Italy

WIND CL is the digital plotter for printing cut markers factories where supperior product quality and high volume are essential. Fast and absolutely silent, this plotter interfaces via USB-2 port connectivity with all CAD systems using principal graphic formats including HPGL, HPGL/2, ISO (Gerber Cutter), STD (Microdynamics) as well as the universal ASTM D6959 format, recently recognized by all CAD producers.

Includes plotting software compatible with Windows 9X/ME/NT/2000/XP/ Win7-8-10 32/64 bits.

PRINTING

• Prints at a constant speed and therefore is not influenced by marker density, by the shapes and sizes of the pattern pieces or by the amount of annotations, notes or symbols

• Valid printing widths are 183 cm (72 inches), 208 cm (81.9 inches), 238 cm (93.7 inches)

• Output speed is 98 mt2/hr

• Patented electronic paper tension control permits precision plotting with a fixed tolerance in dimensions of +/- 0.002 m, and includes error compensation

• Dual Graphic resolution allows the operator to choose, at any moment, what dpi resolution to apply for each marker within the plot queu.
• Ink supply with a single tank is refilled by disposable catridges equipped with special filters to prolong printhead life 

• Electronic ink level control with reserve warning and interrruption only at completion of the marker being plotted

• Automatic and manual printhead priming

• Uses a wide variety of paper available from major suppliers including normal, recycled, and thermal adhesive qualities complying to market standards

• Maximum paper feed spool diameter of 26 cm (11 inches)

• 2nd paper feed spool for loading paper rollsin varying widths (optional)

• 3 paper take-up systems:

- Stadard take up on aluminum spool

- Take up on the patended spring release spool for large, uninterrupted produciton loads (Optional)

- Free take-up with "pinch rollers"

• Patented paper feed spoool "auto stop".

• AUTO DIAGNOSIS: at power on, the system cycles through an auto diagnosis which controls all states of functionality. All data regarding auto diagnosis has been archived to enhance technical support analysis.
